The Role

Studio Mococo is looking for a client-facing Project Manager who is well-versed in managing project expectations, deadlines and workflows. They will work closely with the lead on the account to establish and maintain the process on dedicated workstreams. They must be confident, empathetic, and solution-oriented in all of their responsibilities.

Partnering with the Account Lead, the Project Manager will provide key assistance for building and maintaining Mococo’s strong partnerships, both internally and externally, planning for and executing on project needs, staffing and resources. They will ensure that all project materials follow established budgets and guidelines, and can tackle a dynamic workload with equal amounts of enthusiasm and organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in management of large-scale client relationships, anticipating client needs and offering an exceptional client experience
Partner with clients and internal-facing teams for project execution - helping to organize, coordinate and deliver on complex project deadlines
Engage in strategic planning and resource allocation to support project teams for client initiatives and proposals
Assist with project resourcing and staffing
Maintain legal and compliance regulations with all marketing products and services throughout a project lifecycle
Communicate and manage project expectations both internally and externally with a diverse set of stakeholders
Monitor both project scope and budget and offer internal feedback and insight for process improvement opportunities
Offer and receive constructive feedback to foster individual growth and development

Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of project management experience, or similar
Experience working in creative agencies or similar required
Strong proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, and MacOS (Keynote, Pages, etc.)
Experience with project management tools, a plus (Monday.com, Basecamp)
Strong written and verbal communication skills both internally with the team and externally with clients
Comfort and experience building and negotiating timelines, project plans and financial impact
Able to successfully work both autonomously and collaboratively with a team
Experience working with diverse teams across a variety of cultures and with varying ideas and perspectives
Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
A bias towards “yes,” and an overall drive to make clients happy!
